Logic PreK (In-Person / THS)

Our Logic PreK program is designed to nurture these qualities by helping young children develop their thought processes, reasoning abilities, and critical thinking skills, providing them with essential tools for their formative years and beyond.

For many children, this course will be their first introduction to the world of logic and arithmetic.  Together, we will engage in a variety of activities, including playing math games, solving verbal and pictorial riddles and puzzles, and participating in hands-on projects that involve constructing patterns and building analogies, all designed to enhance logical and critical thinking skills.

In this course, children will learn:

• counting and addition/subtraction from 0 to 10

• ordinal numbers from 1 to 10

• basic geometric shapes

• matching, sorting and classifications

• patterns and sequences

• analogies

• orientation and positioning

• symmetry

• whole and its parts 

The math portion of this course is based on the Singapore Math K(A) curriculum.
