Logic K (In-Person / BGC)

** This is part II of our Logic K course which is the direct continuation of the Fall session ** 

Our Logic Program is designed to nurture young children's thought processes, reasoning abilities, arithmetic skills, and critical thinking. By providing them with essential tools, we aim to foster cognitive development and prepare them for success in their formative years and beyond.

This class is perfect for children ready to begin their formal math education.

In our classes, children will learn:

• counting up to 100

• number patterns

• addition and subtraction within 20

• comparisons: greater/less/equal

• whole and its parts

During this course, children will develop logical thinking with the help of:

• puzzles with objects and shapes: classifications and analogies

• Venn diagrams

• logic puzzles with verbal clues and diagrams

• special games that develop memory and attention

• sudoku with pictures and numbers

• and many more specially selected activities​

The math portion of this course is based on the Singapore Math K(B) curricula.

*Returning Students: This class is recommended for students who are continuing from the Fall session (Logic K class) 

**New students: This class is recommended for Kindergarten students who are new to AlphaMinds Academy.  PreK 4 students are admitted by assessment.
