Scratch Beginners
These classes are built around Scratch, a simple yet powerful programming language developed at the MIT Media Lab. Scratch uses intuitive, color-coded blocks to introduce young learners to programming concepts in a fun and accessible way. With over seven million users worldwide, Scratch is the most popular coding language for young programmers.
In our Scratch Beginners Course, students are introduced to object-oriented programming through the creative world of Scratch coding. Using stackable code blocks, students will build interactive stories and games while learning how to navigate the Scratch interface and understand the functions behind key blocks.
