Reading III - Reading Comprehension & Intro to Writing (Virtual)

This class is designed to help students improve their reading comprehension skills and develop their writing abilities. Through a combination of group discussions and individual activities, students will learn how to analyze and interpret different types of texts, including fiction and nonfiction. They will also learn how to express their thoughts and ideas through writing, including sentence structure, paragraph formation, and basic grammar.
Our engaging lessons include easy-to-follow explanations, examples, and charts for visual learners! By the end of this class, our students will have the skills and confidence needed to read and write effectively. This class is conducted in a small group setting led by a certified elementary school teacher who specializes in teaching early literacy classes.

For the Fall 2023 session, groups are formed based on the students' reading level as follows:
*New students: this class is recommended to students who are currently reading at level M and above (if you are not sure about your child's reading level, please contact us at [email protected] for an assessment)

**Current students: this class is for students who are enrolled into our Reading II class during the previous school year
