Reading II - Fluency for Rising Readers (Virtual)

This class is designed to build upon the foundation laid in Reading I (Intro to Phonics) classes and further develop students' reading skills. We focus on phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension through a variety of activities, including group reading, independent reading, and interactive games. Our curriculum is designed to challenge students while keeping the learning process fun and engaging. By the end of this class, our students will have improved their reading skills and developed a love for reading that will serve them well throughout their academic career. This class is conducted in a small group setting led by a certified elementary school teacher who specializes in teaching early literacy.

For the Fall 2023 session, groups are formed based on the students' reading level as follows:
*New students: this class is recommended to students who are currently reading at level K-L and above (if you are not sure about your child's reading level, please contact us at [email protected] for an assessment)

**Current students: this class is for students who are enrolled into our Reading I-B class during the previous school year
